The "Ma'ayan Hayetzira" Art Gallery

(In memory of the late Ma'ayan Krotman)

Established in 2003, it houses the workshops and exhibitions of two artists; Shmulik Kalderon, sculptor who utilizes recycled scrap iron together with Nofia Haviv-Gilon, creator of house ornaments (wall and freehanging mobiles) and jewellery.

The exhibits in the gallery combine the feeling of life and movement in the metal with an atmosphere of elegance and beauty in the wall ornaments and jewellery.Therefore the delightful designs,the impressive display and the experience of meeting the artists in their special environment, makes the visit an enjoyment.

Seeing the artists at work in the gallery adds to the pleasure of exploring the finished articles.

Other artist work is also on display at the gallery.

The gallery was named after a very special person Ma'ayan, who during her 18 years of life, was a budding, creative artist and actress.She was born and raised in Arad and studied at the School of Arts

The gallery is part of the Artists' quarter "Eshet Lot"  that lies in the heart of the industrial zone, on the road leading down to Massada and the Dead Sea.
